Jerald Lee Hill is a construction company president from Jackson County, Missouri. He has lived and worked across much of the so-called Show-Me state, including Kansas City and Columbia, MO. He is the former assistant to the United States Senator John C. Danforth. Today, the Missouri native heads up operations at Calamar Construction and Development.
The Kansas City-based construction company president is a graduate of William Jewell College and the University of Missouri School of Law. He also completed overseas studies at Harlaxton College in Lincolnshire, England.

Hill is the president of Calamar Construction and Development in Kansas City, Missouri. The company has a second office in Wheatfield, New York. Calamar Construction and Development is a real estate development, construction, and management firm. The firm owns and operates around 30 independent senior living communities valued at over $500 million.
Jerald Lee Hill joined the company as president in 2016. His primary focus involves controlling Calamar's nationwide construction activity, preparing its construction budgets, and implementing strategic plans. That is in addition to hiring and supervising its senior construction management team.
Under his guidance, Calamar is responsible for annual construction projects valued at over $250,000,000.
